Supreme Court: 'collateral' lies not necessarily fatal to insurance claim

Insurers may wish to make changes to their contracts following the UK Supreme Court's decision to uphold a €3.2 million claim by the owner of a damaged dredging vessel who lied in support of that claim, an expert has said.
